The traditional Hungarian sausage is made of pork and bacon with spices and seasoning filled in casings. Afterward they are smoked in a special smoke-house for a couple of days. The best way to store them is by hanging in a dry cool room. You can enjoy it with some bread and spring onion or you can use it for frying, cooking especially for the Hungarian dishes.
